I partner with type foundries to help them grow their businesses. This coaching option is similar to the $1595/month option, except it includes monthly meetings instead of weekly.
We’ll meet on video for an hour each month to focus on the areas that are most urgent for your business. Between meetings, we’ll work together as partners, doing whatever it takes to help increase your revenue and grow your business. I place no limit within reason on the amount of time we can spend working together by email, Slack, or text during the month.
Over my years as a coach, consultant, and executive for type businesses, I have developed an extensive track record and playbook working on:
Sales and marketing strategy
Social media marketing
Mailing list marketing, audience development, content strategy
Distribution and distributor relationships and licensing
Direct sales, pricing, and licensing
License enforcement and negotiation
I can also represent you as your sales agent in licensing or other business discussions. I’ll work with your customers directly, helping them plan their license purchase of your license or custom type engagement. I’ll help sell, negotiate the pricing and terms, and close the deal. You can introduce clients to me your licensing or creative agent, knowing that I am exceptionally well-versed in navigating the complex issues of selling to large companies.
In this aspect of our work together, I earn my compensation on a commission basis. I get paid when you do, ensuring that our incentives are aligned, and that we share the goal of maximizing your revenue and ensuring your clients’ delight. For this I am compensated via a commission of whatever you earn through any transaction I close. We will separately negotiate a commission rate that works for you.
You can delegate responsibility for complex selling to me completely, or refer individual transactions to me on a case-by-case basis.
